Who I Am!

My name is Audrey Hawn and I went to The University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 2007. I love, LOVE, LOVE the Longhorns and any kid or adult you meet that knows me knows that :). If you don't believe me, then just ask my kids what the hand sign is when they need to go to the restroom!! (Hook Em Horns sign) When people find out that I am a teacher and I tell them I teach Kindergarten, I hear this A TON..."God Bless You," or "I don't know how you do it!" Well, let me tell you how I do it. In these short three months that I have been teaching, I have heard the following from my sweet and precious, little angels: "I love you (and I taught them the sign language for I love you so I see that too )," "You are the BEST TEACHER in the WHOLE world!" "I don't want to go home today, I want to stay at school with you!" I get more compliments, hugs, smiles, and love than I could have ever imagined. I hear "I love you" EVERY SINGLE DAY and I can't tell you how much all of this means to me. I hope that I can make the impact on my your children that my elementary teachers have made on me!
